Community Service

​​Community Service Procedure
     At the beginning of each academic year, the unit of Community Service at the College of Business Administration of Hail University creates a community service operation plan by communicating with different government entities, organizations, and business in order to identify the challenges and social issues that are related to the Business Administration and to suggest different workshops, webinars, and seminars that can be provided by the faculty members to the community.
The suggested workshops, webinars, and seminars are distributed to all the departments of the College of Business Administration to collect their feedback on the possibility of providing them and assigning them to faculty members.
Upon the completion of assignments of the community service events to the faculty members, the plan is submitted to the Community Service unit at the university level for approval.
After the approval, different events are announced to the public.
after the completion of the event the faculty member responsible for it provides a detailed report with evidence of delivering the service.
All completed events reports are submitted to the University Community Service Department to upload to the National Community Service and Volunteering Portal.



The Process of Requesting to Provide a Community Service by the Faculty Member
 
The person interested in providing community service needs to fill in the form (Request by the Faculty member) and submit it to the department head.
The department submits the completed form to the College Community Service unit.
The College unit of Community service interviews the interested individual to assess the possibility and needs of delivering the event.
After the interview the College Community Service Unit submits all documents to the University Community Service Department for approval.
if approved, the process for conducting the event begins.
After the completion of the community service event a full report needs to be submitted to the College Community Service Unit to submit it to the University Community Service Department to upload to the National Community Service and Volunteering Portal.




The Process of Requesting the Community Service by the Community

The entity requesting the community service needs to fill in the form (Request by the Community ) and submit it to the College unit of Community Service.
After reviewing the request by the College unit of  Community service, the request will be submitted to the departments who can best service the event asking for a faculty member to undertake the service.
Upon the acceptance of the faculty member all documentation is submitted to the University Community Service Department for approval.
After the approval of the request the collaboration between the College community Service Unit and the entity requesting the community service event starts to deliver the event.
After the completion of the community service event a full report needs to be submitted to the College Community Service Unit to submit it to the University Community Service Department to upload to the National Community Service and Volunteering Portal.
